Refund and Return Policy

At Bodhi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully.

1. Returns for Items in Perfect Condition

We gladly accept returns for items that are in perfect, unused, and resalable condition. If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage, it must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

2. Returns for Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us immediately within 2 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the damage. We will gladly accept returns for damaged products and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

3. Return Window

You must initiate the return process within 5 days of receiving your order. Any returns requested after this 5-day period will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping for items returned for reasons other than damage will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product. Bodhi is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping initiated by the customer.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions (perfect condition or damage as reported), we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 – 9 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. GST Refund

If Goods and Services Tax (GST) was included in your original invoice, we will issue a sales return voucher along with your refund. The refund amount will include the GST amount that you originally paid.

7. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

8. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item as per our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
